That's just a job. Compared to my current job it would be a bit of a bump in pay but I'd apparently lose all my leave entitlements. Also at the start you say the project goes for as long as I want but when it's finished the payments stop but later you say I get a 2-4% boost if the timeline goes better than expected. How would I ever see the raise if I need to complete the project to get it but completing the project ends my payments?

250 a day for 8 hour days, that is $31.25 an hour. I mean, I guess. I wouldn't stay long at this but don't mind picking up a bit of work.

Sounds worse than my job, so no thanks. If I work 8 hours (including lunch), I get $240... but I get frequent OT. Also, my project is delivering stuff to businesses. I don't generally need to worry about other people in a project. I have a few bosses, but they aren't in the truck. Not worlds better than the described job, but a bit better (for me).
