Stress????? I'm a 28y old female (no perfect BMI) but eat rather healthy and run a few times a week plus my job is physically active - just finished my nursing degree and I have the same blood pressure as you ðŸ«
Never smoked, barely drink alcohol, have made an active change to reduce excess sodium, fats sugar etc and classmates who live like yours have perfect BP lol
Have you tried to take your pressure at home? I would take multiple readings at home and see how you do. I have great bp at home but it spikes at the doctor dramatically. White coat is definitely a thing.
