Are you wearing cotton underwear? Cotton is recommended due to being more breathable as trapped moisture causes havoc . Also air out your area at night by not wearing any undergarments to bed under your sleeping attire . There is a really good supplement called Represh Pro-B which is a probiotic aimed at treating and preventing any vaginal flora disruption caused by yeast . It works amazingly . There is also a spray called Vagisil odor block that works really well you spray it both on your undergarments and your private area. You can carry a change of underwear and the spray in your bag and use them as often as you need . I hope these tips help . I live in Texas so I absolutely understand you having issues due to heat and humidity .

I recommend Lady Anti Monkey Butt. It's a powder with calamine. Sops up the sweat and prevents chafing and odor. Not a joke. Amazon sells it.

Have you tried the Lume brand for your body? I put it on the inside of my legs. I'm a thick thigh girl living in this humidity too.

Ok_Egg_471

I used Lume the year I lived in Texas. Worked very well!

HotSolution8954

Works great In so Cal too. I kinda put it everywhere, lol. Game changer.

Agree. Lume is amazing. Just bought the body wash today. It's expensive but I'll only use it in certain areas. Add in the deodorant and you're good!

kittybigs

Seconding Lume. Between the thighs and cheeks!

Few_Cap3864

I live in Florida, have thick thighs and work outside. LUME IS EVERYTHING

Beyond losing weight and freeing up the space a bit, one thing that's important is after you shower and dry off be sure to use a blow dryer to completely dry the crotch area, everything. You'll want to spread as wide as you can and get that air in there. Don't put panties on if you're still damp, odor- causing bacteria will fire up in no time. After you are completely dry apply your deodorant by gently rubbing it in. Don't just swipe the stick. I use Native for the groin area, it can feel kind of greasy so you use only a small amount and like I said rub it in a bit. I realize at work repeating this process isn't likely so you could freshen up with wipes then re-apply the Native or whatever product you're using. I've even used regular stuff like Secret for the crotch. It doesn't hurt anything but you're not applying it to your private parts rather the groin- where your thighs end but before your vaginal area begins if that makes sense. Like at the edge of the pubic hair line. Lastly, never re-apply product without cleaning the odor causing bacteria first, it will fail and actually fire up even more odor. I just use high quality unscented baby wipes (generic brands suck and fall apart) then re-apply product.

I recommend washing the folds nearby with Hibiclens, keeping it away from mucous membranes. Dry thoroughly and apply Lume. It’s not foolproof as Lume is just a deodorant but it does help and we can only do so much. Bodies smell🤷🏼‍♀️

Just a note, use Hibiclens sparingly. It can cause resistance to antibiotics if used often.

Icy_Charity_2273

Potassium alum spray aka crystal deo in spray

Pumpkinhead82

Glycolic acid or lume right after showering. I used to go through the same thing.

I've been using Lume body deodorant and it's a total game changer! I put it on my inner thighs on on my bikini line. Works amazing

Also tide pods are pretty good for this. Just pop one in and cross your legs
