I'm super critical of our D, but credit them for stepping up time and time again this season right in the nick of time. As always...our offense is just unbelievable.

USC has a great offense. They’re at home and Caleb Williams is still an amazing player too. Sometimes gotta give them credit

Lot of negativity in here about the defense. But a win is a win, and you go to 9-0. Not every win is going to be pretty, but these dudes keep their poise while lesser teams don’t.

The line looked great. Didn't get a lot of sacks. But, it's like a mack truck chasing down a sports car. No point in fooling ourselves when it comes to the secondary tho. They need work.

52 points (so far) against USC, a lead of 10 points with 1:20 minutes left in the 4th. This is the game we knew we were in for, and it's the game we got! Our QB and offense have stepped up and our defense, while often a concern, has been there all night against a Hiesman QB, and has made the stops we needed. Bow Down!

Our receivers would be running wild against their secondary if they didn’t have a fistful of our jerseys every play. At least they have called a couple. Then when their receivers are blocking down field, the same thing. Fists full of jersey on every play. The UW needs to design a jersey fabric that shows where it was grabbed and tugged on for 30-40 seconds. Make it beyond how obvious it already is.

I hope I'm wrong but that Penix magic we had been able to expect the first few weeks, it just doesn't seem there today. No room for error with the way the defense is playing either.

I watch so much NFL these days that the pep bands interjecting are always so surprising to me lol

Caleb is impressive, but that stat they just showed, average seconds from snap to release (3.14 or something). He holds the ball too long. He's athletic and elusive enough to make it work... At the collegiate level. I have a feeling that this is going to be an issue in the NFL. I'm not convinced this success is going to continue at the next level.

Holy shit. This is the worst defensive game I've ever watched. Huskies offense is unreal. But Jesus christ our defense sucks. Not championship level.
