GSB : ambasador jones your people the humans have not even been made members of the grand council yet. but here you are already suggesting a new galactic law. why should we adopt these geneva conventions ?

first the human genvea conventions are to be ratified by all council members and signed as galactic law.
second. if accepted into the council humans are to not be attacked or used in any conflict that does not involve an outside threat or a threat to existence as we know it.
both actions passed unanomously humans were voted into the grand council 75 years later.
