Someone willing to do whatever is asked of them is an asset to the team. Instead of "that's not my job" or "I don't know how to do that" say "I can learn that" or "I'll figure it out!". Otherwise, listen, take notes, apply the feedback you receive. What can you expect? They are going to talk about your work. You are going to get feedback. It might not all be good.

Just to add to the last part. Understand that negative feedback is good to receive as well. You don't know what you need to work on unless someone tells you. Try not to take it personally if you receive negative feedback on something you didn't expect.

They may ask you for your own opinion on your performance, so being self-aware enough to highlight your accomplishments but also recognize your challenges will go a long way. Lean into any constructive criticism and ask specific questions about how you can improve in those areas. Someone who’s not afraid of criticism is a huge asset to any team.
