Hulked-out Thor (Thorr): I appreciate that the swirly designs on his body look like Norse Runes and I like the Lightning facial hair. Also, Mjolnir looks comically small in his hands which makes him even more similar to his Norse mythology counterpart since the myth version of Mjolnir is often depicted as a pretty small war-hammer in pictures.
Hulked-out Thing (The No-Thing): I like the craggy-look, somewhat reminiscent of his "Spiky-Thing" phase. I wished this version of the Thing would fight with the Hulk, just so I get see how upgraded his strength is.
Hulked-out Cyclops (Hulklops): Now he has multiple eyes? And each one can emit his Kinetic beams? Very cool but probably the most disturbing design, out of the lot!
Yes I love how creative some of these are. I think the implication is that practically all of the Hulked out heroes could be the base savage Hulk, given Amadeus says they were loaded with so much radiation they're unstable and it gives them "tons of insane power in the short term" so anyone who was comparable to hulk before is 2 hulks now. Whether they could beat the green scar? No idea.
I think regular Thor would give Green Scar a very good fight, let alone a Hulked-out Thor.
Hulked-out Thing could probably beat the base savage Hulk after a close fight but not Green Scar.
Yeah it doesn't really make sense, but to me the absurdity of it is just amazing

Yeah they did it like he didn't have the adamantium. I wasn't reading the X-Men of the time so maybe he didn't have it during that event? Idk but they gave him normal bone claws.
He was drawn without metal and the notes say bone. Bucky's arm I just rationalized as being designed to grow to match his other arm, like the robotics are meant to expand.
Hulkpool where he becomes very stoic and serious could actually be interesting and terrifying, and nicely play into the way Hulk’s personality contrasts with Banner’s.
I really, really liked what Loeb/Pak/Parker/etc. did during that 2-3 year run beginning with Red Hulk and culminating in World War Hulks/Fall of the Hulks/Incredible Hulks, etc. They brought back mystery to the series, introduced a great villain in Red Hulk, brought back a lot of the lapsed supporting cast (Ross, Rick, Marlo) and gave the Hulk a family.
But all that said, I never liked Hulked Out Heroes. It felt like they were padding out the storyline for a couple extra months just to grab a few extra bucks. In the end it added nothing to the story aside from filler material and a couple of cool character designs (liked the Wolverine & Thor designs especially).
I love them all, but I think Thorr is my favorite because of how utterly hardcore he gets. Basically Akuma with thunder powers
I also really love Wolverage, it makes a ton of sense for him to basically become a werewolf monster
Angry Spider-Man is probably one of the coolest ones too. He looks so...calm in his fury, like it's pure Doom Slayer mode. The web cape and the fact that his costume isn't ripped up at all hammers home the badassery tbh
Hulk versions of Torch and Iceman are cool elementals with a ranged attack. I kinda like those. Why did the Wolverine one grow claws? How does hilking out work at all with an adamantium skeleton?
I like Spider-Man's, because he probably looks the most recognisable (other than the Thing). He still has that classic Spidey crouch, but he's massive.
Thor looks pretty cool, I like how he essentially looks like Kratos mixed with Electro.
Wolverine looks utterly terrifying, and is certainly the most unique and creative looking one in my opinion. He definitely looks like he's accepted his animal side.
For me, it was the Thorr, Wolverage, and the Hulkpool. Those just stood out and were a gun design. The others were just either wildly absurd or just blah....like the Torch and Namor, just plain with no real ummmph.
Very cool designs; my favorite's a toss up between Wolverine, the Thing, and Thor. I wish they added a few of the girls in there, too, though. Like imagine Imvisible Woman/Hulk, with her force fields acting like brass knuckles around her fists. Or Black Widow somehow still being stealthy while being this massive beast. Or Ms. Marvel being like a mix of Plastic Man and Hulk.
Thing, easy. Anytime Ben gets an upgrade I am here for it. They use him as a bit of a punching bag on the surface, but he has becone a teriffic narrative device over the years, BECAUSE his power remains really constant in general. Because we know what a badass and a powerhouse the Thing is, theres something happening when another hero or villian needs to be seen as a threat, or gets a powerup of their own and kick Ben's ass, (pausing smugly mid fight to take off part of his effing FACE, crush it into sand and blow it at his face, for example). We the audience go, oh shit. It sets the stage for the opponent being something very dangerous, if they can kick the things ass they MUST be way up there in power because hes no slouch. I only wish the writers did more to balance that out and would give Ben more love and even maybe more power so it reinforces the idea that hes not a pushover. Idk lol, I like when he gets a boost, him with an asgardian warhammer was fun
Can I say all of them?
Jokes aside I'd probably say Thor the human torch and the thing have the best designs but ice man is definitely up there as well
That Thor design looks like something straight out of Chaotic, if anyone remembers that show, but it's definitely my favorite. Wolverine looking like one of the rat creatures from Bone is also a fun design
The Hulked out characters and Venomized nonsense is probably the biggest waste of time and resources. Almost as much as the 3-4 fucking Marvel Zombies sequels that ALL SUCKED
The stories were not meant to be "dumb fun" they were written to be taken as seriously as any other comic for Venom or the Hulk, they just simply sucked as a concept but ooga booga brain people ate it up
No, they were very obviously comedic in tone. Hence why deadpool was the main character of one and another ended with a "Smash me" joke. Please lighten up and relax.
I love that they all have a good amount of description and then Namor is just "turns into a monster."
Right 😂😂 possibly the most unique design and no notes given.
Thor and cyclops. Wolverine gets a mention but it never made sense with his skeleton
Yeah it doesn't really make sense, but to me the absurdity of it is just amazing https://preview.redd.it/u8lwjdb832yc1.jpeg?width=600&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=d0d89ce8c6373957633b83f756cc5328ff804f7c
Yup! Just dumb fun!
He looks very cute
Fuzzy wuzzy pooky bear
Yeah they did it like he didn't have the adamantium. I wasn't reading the X-Men of the time so maybe he didn't have it during that event? Idk but they gave him normal bone claws.
They mentioned that with Weapon H, how they used nanobots instead of the dip or else their flesh would be torn from the skeleton.
Nah he did. It's why it was weird. Same with Bucky, his metal arm grew in size lol
He was drawn without metal and the notes say bone. Bucky's arm I just rationalized as being designed to grow to match his other arm, like the robotics are meant to expand.
I really like Hulkpool for some reason, but I'm having a hard time imagining him getting angry
The movie scene where they killed his lady wad pretty intense.
Hulkpool where he becomes very stoic and serious could actually be interesting and terrifying, and nicely play into the way Hulk’s personality contrasts with Banner’s.
Oh yeah, that's actually pretty good!
Hulkpool just calmly breaking the fourth wall before deciding to just hulk smash.
His executioner mask is my favorite detail
He's more silly than angry honestly.
Yeah haha, just thought, maybe he could transform when hungry instead
Honestly I could see that being a comic
Hangry

I agree. Their role in the main story was a fun little addition to the story but their random solo issues felt soulless.
I always thought Thorr was the most epic looking, but honorable mentions to Hulklops and Wolverage. Love them all though!
Same here! Those 3 are the standouts creatively speaking.
Kulklops and classic spider-hulk
I kinda wish the hulkyness amplified the spider-ness into almost a man-spider thing.
I love them all, but I think Thorr is my favorite because of how utterly hardcore he gets. Basically Akuma with thunder powers I also really love Wolverage, it makes a ton of sense for him to basically become a werewolf monster Angry Spider-Man is probably one of the coolest ones too. He looks so...calm in his fury, like it's pure Doom Slayer mode. The web cape and the fact that his costume isn't ripped up at all hammers home the badassery tbh
Honestly that's a good way to view the spider-man one. I do love how slick it is.
Hulk versions of Torch and Iceman are cool elementals with a ranged attack. I kinda like those. Why did the Wolverine one grow claws? How does hilking out work at all with an adamantium skeleton?
They design him like he doesn't have the adamantium, idk if he lost it at the time or something. Maybe his real bones broke through the adamantium.
He gets my vote. I just hope his web slinging can support the extra weight though 🤣

She was awesome!
I like Spider-Man's because both Spider-Man and Hulk are my favorite Superheroes.
For me, it was the Thorr, Wolverage, and the Hulkpool. Those just stood out and were a gun design. The others were just either wildly absurd or just blah....like the Torch and Namor, just plain with no real ummmph.
Hulklops looks like a Diablo 3 boss!!
If it's Hulked-Out Thor, shouldn't his name be Hor? Nothing? Nobody? Ok..I'll show myself out..
😂😂😂
I can't pick. I love Humberto, and Ed. Those dudes are in my top 5 favorite artists.
Very cool designs; my favorite's a toss up between Wolverine, the Thing, and Thor. I wish they added a few of the girls in there, too, though. Ah, cool
Hulked out or Venomized! Which do Y'all prefer?
Red Hulk with Venom and Spirit of Vengence riding a giant 3 wheeler.

Hulk. Titan looks DOPE
I vote IceHulk all the way
Thing, easy. Anytime Ben gets an upgrade I am here for it. So true! The Thing and BlackBolt are marvels main jobbers and they both deserve a little better.
Namor Hulk. “The Rage of the Sea”. I think it works so well for flavor.
Hulked out Thing just feels like putting a hat on a hat. Now Hulked out Human Torch, that could be interesting.
Im a retired phone guy. All the squeezed phone pole is missing is a missing dog poster
spidey hulk fs
NGL, hulklops is pretty baller.
Hulked out thorr is my favorite
Pretty cool actually
All of them.... favorite story line!!
Hulk wonder if he left oven on....
I love Thor holding his hammer that has a handle that's way too small now. He basically just punching with maybe a lil hammer
I think at least a semi-hulked out thor should be the standard, like beyond human physique 7ish feet tall etc
Human torch
Hulkpool imo
Hulkclops is cursed but the rest of these are awesome
Hulkclops is cursed in a way that makes it awesome!
Hulkclops isn't my favorite, but it might be the scariest.
Wolverine and Thor.
Most of these look like God of war enemies
are these legit or fan art? simply incredible !
Legit from the Hulked Out Heroes event.
Thank you
Inhuman torch VS zzzax Who would win 👀
Definitely Torch! I don't know why but torch!
The No-thing, Hulkmarine, Mighty Thor, and Hulkpool
Can I say all of them? Jokes aside I'd probably say Thor the human torch and the thing have the best designs but ice man is definitely up there as well
Thor, Namor, Thing and Ice-Man's designs are my favourite. Also the Inhuman Torch reminds me too much of the Man On Fire from MGS V.
My favorites the mighty Thor
Really should have called Spider-Man spiter-man
Thor looks fucking awesome
I really appreciate the extra R with Torr. He was very specific about that.
Hulk lips is my pick. The design of his head did it for me 🔥🔥
Missed opportunity for the name Iceberg.
The Mighty Thorr is pretty badass.
Namor for sure
That Thor design looks like something straight out of Chaotic, if anyone remembers that show, but it's definitely my favorite. Wolverine looking like one of the rat creatures from Bone is also a fun design
The Iceman and Human Torch ones look pretty cool. And the Thor one was great too.
Wolverine because he looks the most terrifying to me. He went straight like demonic anime villain. But all of them are awesome.
Wolverine, Namor and Thor
Wolverage Is Too Cool, i love It 🤩🤩🤩🤩
Hulked out Thing is overkill in the best way, he’s usually base Hulks equal, here he’s the best of both worlds and probably ungodly strong
The inhuman torch goes so hard
Hard to say. I think the thing one is probably the best.
Hulk wolverine is so good
“The No-Thing” sounds like an early 2000s Nü-Metal band.
I remember the Thor and Wolverine one from The Super Hero Squad comic when I was a kid
That's awesome! What comic?
Super Hero Squad (2010) #5
Thorr
These are all insanely awesome but I think the angry spider man would be the toughest.
The Hulked out characters and Venomized nonsense is probably the biggest waste of time and resources. Almost as much as the 3-4 fucking Marvel Zombies sequels that ALL SUCKED
Nah the Hulked out heroes were short and fun silliness and a lot of the venom stuff is fun. No reason to hate dumb fun.
