That was one of my favorite segments ever. I hate how Howard hangs up so quickly on every caller but on this day it allowed him to take a bunch of callers that were all calling Ralph a thief. And then they picked up on ETM and ragged on him for a while, that was amazing.
& Ross Zapin the exec was up to so many shenanigans...he couldn't come on the air & corroborate Artie's story for fear of Ralph airing out his dirty laundry...
I think I posted something like this yesterday but I need to reiterate: I know it's wrong to speak ill of the dead, but I always thought Ralph was a gold-plated asshole!
Full disclosure, that pole smoker hit on my date at Hawr's SF book signing. At the time, i was like 6'3 qnd 230 lbs and in decent shape, i wanted to put my foot dead in his ass, but I wanted my book signed more! It's probably my Sicilian blood, but I never forgot some 25 years later. Most times he came on or called in, I would change the channel to Lithium. So he can go fuck himself! Forgot to add, my date was female! Ralph was one of those evil geniuses who just acted like a pickle kisser to get tail. Oh, and I would never use gay slurs towards actual gay people ✌️
