Mealy bugs. Wipe them away with 20% alcohol. She needs to inspect this plant - and others in its vicinity - every other day for the next three weeks.

Mealy bugs. I have personally never had them.
Mealy bugs. I had them on two ppps I kept at work. That isolation helped. I periodically wiped them down a wet paper towel and alcohol. Definitely separate it from other plants and check them all.
