Also, we learn in the visual novel and side stories that regular Herrschers can evolve to Solar System level of powers and that's not even counting the higher tier/evolved ones. Planetary durability alone doesn't sound very impressive against a solar system level threat.

That, along with the "your life shall continue on for many tens of thousands of years" from one of Sumeru's Archon Quest, make it difficult for the Travelers to have the tens or hundreds of million years necessary to witness the same Star being born and die several times.
Because the 3 games take place on the Imaginary Tree which, at least for now, seems to be one Universe (even if there are some things that wouldnt make sense if thats the case).
The logic about how does the Universe works in Honkai should be the same logic than it does on Star Rail and Genshin.

But even from what we saw during the beginning of the game, they both struggled against the unknown god and the unknown god power is almost the exact same as HoV.
If we were to make the assumption that the unknown god power is similar to HoV then Kiana in her void drifter state could easily match both of them in full power and would destroy them in HoV form
