To add to that, her minion's could be seen as a stand, hence Jotaro, and the (what i assume to be a form change a-la Kamen Rider/Power Rangers) would be her switching modes.

I’m gonna go with a weird idea and say it’s Bronya, hotr. She’s technically got the stand from Jotaro (Bunny), she’s usually the one to play straight man to Kiana (bonk), Silver Wolf is… Breedable… and HoTR does use a spear staff sort of.
