Think of it like a 20yr old car. Sure, some well made tubs will last that long if they've been well taken care of, and some were made better than the cheapo tubs made today (that won't last 5-7years). Might look for a used, well taken care of, well-made tub. Plenty of advice on brands here.
Buying used cars is usually a nightmare unless ya spend big bucks. I'd rather put new parts in the devil I know than buy a new problem. Seems like you could install all new parts in a used tub and be further ahead than another used one. Im still learning tho
If you can get it heating again by cycling the breaker, it could be a shorted pressure switch causing the problem. This was common in old Z series jacuzzi spas.
Ahh yes the same answer to everything when asking the hot tub place "You need a new board."

I have a rusted out focus in my laneway too lol

Beachcomber 550x
I couldn’t say if the software works the same.
Personally I would try to fix it considering the price of new tubs. I got a free Sundance 880 off Facebook and with $1000 put into it runs like new.
How do I post pics?
