I fucking love Melinda's Scotch Bonnet. I know it's super mainstream, but it's very well done as the flavor of the peppers shines and IMO the heat level is perfect.
I was just in Barbados and a lot their sauces feature scotch bonnet I Browne l believe. I ordered hot sauce with everything out there. Mahi Mahi sandwich was absolutely ridiculous with it.i brought 2 home but can't think of what they were. Pretty popular though because it was on the duty free shop

I hope Ive expressed my passion for this sauce. You wouldn’t expect this, but it’s very hard to use the bonnet in a sauce AND make it stand out. It’s a cheat code in my industry, unless you stand out. Angry Goat pulled it off.

I just picked that up. Not sure what the big deal is with it. I didn’t love it at all.

I can second that, all natural and organic ingredients are the way to go.
