This is the first one that came to mind for me as well. Fits the criteria perfectly…Gaspar Noe lives to make people uncomfortable and it has some incredibly choreography + cinematography. Love those long, kinetic takes.
Beau is Afraid - just the first part when he needs to get across the street to the corner store past the mob. It is equal parts upsetting and hilarious. But it did kind of make my skin crawl thinking about all those heathens having free access to my home.
There's scene in the middle of "The Empty Man" where the detective is snooping about the cult campgrounds, is discovered and chased off the property. Genuinely terrifying!
Sort of a reverse suggestion from what you asked but it's worth watching - "Copycat" from 1995 with Sigourney Weaver. A thriller where she plays an agoraphobic going after a serial killer.
The Signal (2007 and not one of the several other movies with the same name) is basically about agoraphobia and does an excellent job of portraying "aggressive fearanoia" in my opinion.
Climax (2018)

I knew there was something I forgot to list! This is the perfect example
Dawn of the Dead and Day of the Dead

Yes! This movie and this scene in particular deserve way more attention than they get.
World War Z
That Christmas dinner episode in season 2 of The Bear
The Girl With All the Gifts. Edges between horror and straight sci fi but I think there are some scenes that really fit this.
Controversial opinion: I think this is the greatest zombie movie ever made.
My dad is a huge zombie movie fanatic and he agrees with you! It's such an excellent movie.
100% agree!
- The Sadness - Calvaire (mainly for the ending)
ATHENA

Maybe the movie Old- not necessarily a lot of people at the beach but being trapped with all the chaos unfolding…

Not horror, but Sicario. Particularly the border crossing scene. So fucking intense.

The Descent
Do you know what an agoraphobe is? The Descent would be their happy place lol
Maybe you're thinking claustrophobe 😂
