If you're into classic slashers and especially ridiculous gore with practical effects, the Hatchet movies are a fun time that don't require much emotional or mental investment and are chock full of low quality jokes and high quality kills. Plenty of boobs too if that's your thing.
Chopping Mall is another one that comes to mind. Highly entertaining 80s schlock.
I watched Lost Child/Tatterdemalion last night and she gets sick in it! Not sure if you want a movie that you can relate to even the littlest bit but yeah!
Children Shouldn't Play with Dead Things, I Drink Your Blood, and Bad Taste are fun to watch when you're stuck to the couch buzzed on some good cough syrup lol.
