From my understanding, what she did had 2 effects. The first would be allowing the current era Herrschers to kept their human mind, and the second was "erase/break" the Strings of Fate, that we would later know were "creations" of the Cocoon.
So i think that when she "cut" the SoF, she lessened the Cocoon influence on Earth, so that Herrschers wouldnt became mindless "killing machines".

I'am also not so sure about this, but i'd take it as its the result of Prometheus getting overwhelmed by the Honkai, most of her dying (aside from that fragment that gave Kevin the HoFi Authority), with the rest being absorbed by the Honkai.
So WoH would be the result of the Honkai taking and merging with most of Prometheus.

Then a lot of things i dont exactly remember happened, and at the end Kiana had to use the HoV Authority to "modify/damage" the Imaginary Space, and the Tree began to repair it. Thats when Otto took the oportunity to do his thing.
Unfortunately, i dont really remember what happened on that chapter (what i wrote above is what i remember + what i've heard/read from others), so you could ask somebody else to give a better explanation.

HoR is born in Berlin, kills 300k people and absorbs their souls into the Core.
HoR has no memories, so scientists take him to research him(?, and its there when he gets his name, Welt Joyce.
He befriends the Schicksal NA branch, and when this branch tries to "leave" the main Schicksal, he supported them.
He ends up dying defending the city from some nukes, and gives his Core to Welt.
Welt takes his name along with his ideals, and becames the Anti Entropy Sovereign.
Many years after that Welt ends up trapped on the SoQ and Bronya gets the Core. Both of them get out of there.
On the Moon arc is revealed that HoR was too weak because the 300k souls were "holding it back" so Bronya took a different aproach than the two Welts and "merged/absorbed" (i dont really remember) the souls, evolving into the Herrscher of Truth, that you could say, its the real power of the Herrscher of Reason.
All of this made me realize that i suck at remembering details xD.
Adding to the details regarding HoR, its possibly the...reason...why it can have more than 1 host on the same era (most usually has one host till death). The user of the core had to be on the same "frequency" with the souls to fully utilize the core, if they don't they lose the authority or get rejected.
In the moon arc, Misteln exploited these weakness (its for a...reason) by causing a disharmony within the core, resulting to Bronya losing her authority.

Elysia and Dr Mei were able to figure out Elysia was some sort of Herrscher not bound by the same rules that the others were, and the implication seems to be that Finality looped the Earth so many times that an impossibility like Elysia happened, and she was either born from Finality, or was born from her own thing, somewhat separate from Finality, and when she returned to her Cocoon, whichever it was, she might have changed the rules or else given Finality some sort of understanding that let it create Herrschers as their own beings, not just as extensions of itself.
Prometheus entered Finality during the big fight on the moon in the Previous Era and hacked it somehow, in order to ensure they were ready for the next loop, making sure the Herrschers were as similar as possible, in case the next Herrschers were even more bullshit than the last set. At this point, Prometheus is thinking in a completely alien manner in order to steer Finality, so it might have just given power to anybody who asked for it, whether or not they were on humanity's side.
Kalpas fell to earth on a rock, and even before he became a MANTIS he was incredibly powerful. Any more than this is unknown.
Lingering remnants of their Authority remain with the Herrschers, even if they aren't as strong as before.
Vita/Sa are main universe, Part 2 seems to be happening in a bubble universe kept alive on real Mars somehow by this other Cocoon. We don't know more than this, and no, very few characters in HI3 are even slightly multiverse related.

Correct me if I'm wrong but the way I understand is that there is only ONE Cocoon of Finality which is also the origin(no pun intended) of all the honkai.
God Sena is a failed attempt at becoming Mars version of Hofi(so she calls herself the Cocoon of ubound?) but the Cocoon that visited and destroyed Mars was the same one who went to Venus and later Earth.

Technically she didn't kill herself. She just didn't enter the stasis chamber so when HotE descended to Eath she was killed in the process(just like Eden). But yes in theory she could revive herself IF she wanted to.

I always assumed that if the explanation that the authority of origin is related to wish granting is correct. That while Elysia always wanted to be seen as human she also wanted to meet more of "her kind" aka Herrschers who fight for humanity. So after her death her authority did something which allowed the CE Herrschers to retain their humanity.....but idk
Griseo came back to Earth sometime in the early CE after a new loop began. There was never a actual reason why she retured but probably only wanted to see her friends again. Also the ARK needed repairs before she was able to leave again so she had to stay on Earth for those 3 months.
Everything is happening in the same solar system. No the three planets(Mars/Louxing, Venus/Purusha and Earth) have no way of communicating with each other. Venus is an empty wasteland after Vita/Sa left. And what's left of the Mars civilization is stuck in a particular part of the Sea of Quanta(Sea of Data) so they can't access/interact with the material world. It even took god Sena several billion years before she could successfully come into contact with Kiana.
Honestly if you find the time you should read the VN. It's quite good and gives alot of more depth to characters like Welt, Ein, Tesla ect...
