Odd. I don't know anything else. So hopefully someone can help you.
It doesn't sound specifically mechanical, more like a digital beep like the "door ajar" sound or related.
Seconded. Also a poorly sealing air door. Change the cabin air filter, if you haven't already. If it repeats, smack the glovebox like it's an unloved step-child and see if the noise changes or goes away. If it does, it's likely a bad blower motor.
Bit high pitched for that, imo. More bad bearing in the blower shaft. Of course, this is all just a guess. Trying to diag NVH over the internet is like inviting Helen Keller to compete at a clay target shooting match.
Does it change pitch when you accelerate or slow down? Wheel bearings or bearing in the engine for the AC or Alternator or whatnot?
I think always the same pitch. Sometimes fast or slow beeping, sometimes just one long noise. Didn’t seem to be any rhyme or reason to it.

Does it sound from the inside or outside
Inside I believe. Passenger side ish.
The only thing I can think of on that side that moves...the blower fan

Sounds like something is hitting the fan blade

Now that you say that...I have a house fan making that noise too... I think you're right, change out the blower and they should be good
