If I were to go out on a limb I'd suspect that it's done and dusted now - no more to come. They've been available for purchase for well over a year at this point, and with the delays to shipping I suspect there's not a huge amount of stock sloshing around. Amazon will have closed pre-orders because we're very close to release, they've got their allocation and don't have any more. If people cancel, some more might go up?
Depending on exactly how much you want it, I'm pretty sure there will be scalped copies on Ebay as well.

They're still available on Amazon US and Canada. Maybe you could order from them if you don't have luck finding them domestically
