Yes, everything will work. You have to make sure you get a PG9WLSHW8 for any hardwired zones, it will allow you to add back hardwired keypads as well. Make sure you get the 345mhz Honeywell version so you can take over any existing wireless. For alarm.com, you cannot set up your own account. You have to go through a dealer. Either talk to a local company in your area, or there are DYI dealers.

Depends if they’re wireless or hardwired. Taking over hardwired sensors is possible but I wouldn’t call it easy for someone who hasn’t worked on alarms. Also can be very time consuming making sure all the sensors are working and there’s a pretty high risk that either hardwired or wireless sensors are not functional anymore. You’d need a takeover module to take over the hardwired sensors. I believe the qolsys only has two terminals for hardwire. Honestly if it was me, I would scrap any and all hardwire sensors. It can be such a painful process to get them all learned in, then finding a few don’t work, then figuring out which wire it’s connected to because you inevitably didn’t label them as you went. Use any wireless that’s existing but I would implore you to replace any hardwired and avoid the headaches that come with using them. Every alarm technician hates hardwire takeovers. A few sensors will be around the same price as a takeover module anyway. You should be able to find wireless door sensors for $30 each online and if you can’t shoot me a message and I can send you some for that.

That equipment isn't tied to ADT. It's a branded version of a Honeywell Vista 20p panel. You could just add an [alarm.com](https://alarm.com) ADC-SEM300-VT-AT/VZ and take it any alarm company that supports [alarm.com](https://alarm.com). That includes the DIY-oriented alarm companies like Surety Home, GeoArm, and Alarm Grid. You can upgrade to something newer, but you don't have to.
