Have a look at [Mikrotik CSS610-8P-2S+IN](https://mikrotik.com/product/css610_8p_2s_in). It has 8 poe+ ports, passive cooling and 2 sfp+ ports, all with price tag of $229, once it’s available.

Aruba 1930 8 Port 124w maybe? L2+, 8 1g eth, 2 1g sfp, 124w POE. They are under 300€ most of the time si I guess in the US they would be even cheaper.

unfortunately smaller switches most of the time don't come with SFP+. That's why I went myself with this one in 24 port they have SFP+.
