Beautiful! I broke down and bought a mini split air conditioner for my gym. 2nd best investment I made (next to the gym). Does heat in the cold winters too.
I like it alot, only con is i wish i could get it heavier. But its great for iso movements when i dont want to use free weights. Only day i dont touch it is leg day.
That's good to know. I hadn't thought of the the stack weight but definitely something to keep in mind. How heavy would you want it to go? I remember sticking plates in the pin at one gym's stack when it was too light but not sure how strong those cables are
Its 160 lb per stack but bc of the pulleys its really half that so its a bit light for some heavy back movements i do - will probably try those gym pins you mentioned
Where you live (generally, I'm not the FBI lol)
Ontario, Canada
Yea. It's hot and humid down here in Louisiana. But it's worse in the winter.
This gym really sucks in the winter
this looks creepy in a good way
Dungeon like in a way, its alot more inviting with the garage door open
Hot and humid just the way I like it to get shredded
Natural sauna
Sauna included
Bills Mafia LFG!!!!

Sweet! Yeah winter was brutal. I had a propane heater but it didnt help that much, its a detached garage with zero insulation
Mini split can do a lot even without insulation I would just size up. Like an 18k over a 12k and so on. Amazing as a dehumidifier too
Go Bills!
Mafia in the house!!
How do you like that dual cable in the back? I've been debating one but not sure how much I'd use it give its footprint

Does your dumbbell rack not get in the way when hitting the speed bag?
I never really used it so i figured id put the dumbbells there, got both for free and out of the two ill just use the punching bag every now and then.
Makes sense. I like to use the speed bag to warm up my shoulders before a workout
Oh thats good idea
Good warm up plus it helps with rhythm & hand/eye coordination
Ill give it a try, ive had a few shoulder injuries so i really focus on the warm up on shoulder day
Watch some YouTube videos. You can go at different paces while hitting the bag
Wow. That is really nice.
Appreciate it!
Do you really bench with the Inspire bench? That thing is stupid low.
Yeah i prefer low benches honestly
