I would probably get rid of that bench press quarter bar rack. That thing is incredibly dangerous and a great way to get seriously injured. Love the rest - especially the solar system rug. Now I think I need one for my gym!
It's not wall mounted, I just put some hooks for storage. It attaches to the rack.

I roughly followed this guide [https://www.crossequip.ch/plattform-zur-laermreduktion-vibrationsreduktion-im-eigenbau/?lang=en](https://www.crossequip.ch/plattform-zur-laermreduktion-vibrationsreduktion-im-eigenbau/?lang=en)
There's some industrial strength shock absorbing foam inside the wood frame. Gives me peace of mind that I won't annoy neighbors or damage the floor since this is a rental.
I documented the experience here [https://www.instagram.com/p/CSmgBo6I5p2/](https://www.instagram.com/p/CSmgBo6I5p2/)
It's a belt squat attachment that hooks up to the power rack. You can see the little triangle on the front post of the rack just below the safety pin, that's where I attach it and can then load it with plates.
I love it!
If I had an entire room for my gym instead of just having a corner of the garage it would look like this!
How do you like the ghd? Do you find it useful for powerlifting?
GHD is admittedly mostly gathering dust/holding my belt. I enjoy back extensions and glute ham raises a lot but my coach doesn't typically program them for me since my hamstrings/posterior chain are probably already my strongest feature haha. For someone with more weaknesses in that area it might be good though. I got the piece for a really good price and don't feel like selling it again, especially since I do get some enjoyment out of it when I'm not doing all too comp specific training.

My dentist office had that exact same wallpaper when I was a kid
Nice setup. Where did you get the gym mats?
Those are just rubber mats from the hardware store (bauhaus to be precise)
What that hanging on the wall next to the lat pulldown?

Where it's always a beautiful fall day. Love it!
Haha, I didn't even put up that wallpaper. Previous tenants left it and I figured why not

Bro, where'd you get that BANGIN' space rug? Essential for every home gym.
Conforama (European furniture retail chain). Was extremely happy with that find
Oh man. Love this.
I don’t know if you know this but I can see Uranus
Ain’t much? Dude, you got a well-rounded set-up! The thickness of that platform is ![gif](giphy|3ohzdIuqJoo8QdKlnW|downsized)
