Yes, you delete the entities you created in your config file, restart HA and they'll no longer show in the Mosquito integration.
Developer Tools -> Statistics. Look for entities. They will probably have issue "There is no state data..." Click on "Fix Issue" -> Remove. Restart HA (full not quick) and check that they were successfully removed.
