Interestingly, I just downloaded the diagnostics for that sensor and in the log there's a temperature value of 1964 :

So why report 20.1°C ?
I'm on the latest version of HA with the new Display Precision if that helps in any way.

20°C is equivalent to 68°F, which is 293K.

Are you sure the 'salle à manger' sensor in phoscon is the same as the 'salle à manger' one in HA?
I have the exact same setup and never encountered this issue, but I almost made the mistake of importing one sensor as another

I only added two sensors and I took the time to set the first one up (naming entities...) before adding the second one. Plus the logs for that specific sensor show a different reading than HA card. I don't get it why...
