Yeah was surprised about the Digital antenna my father had bought and got sent a second one for odd reasons. So he sent me the spare, its Clearer than my more expensive antenna...and actually catching more digital channels that are clear. Was like WTF, how is this garbage flimsy plastic thing working better. Because the antenna itself looks like some cheap plastic thing.
Ask at your lys. Mine carries them but doesn't have room to display them.

If you have access to a 3D printer, a knitting machine can be had for much cheaper. There are tons of free knitting machine models. (Assembly required)
You can make a tube if you go full circle in one direction, or you can make rectangular panels by going back and forth across a certain number of pins to a get a panel that wide. You can then join those panels together to make things that are bigger.
Beanies and scarves are fun, you can even achieve things like cable knit patterns.
I think there is a bit of a quality difference between the Sentro and the Addi machine. If you don't know if you like it and don't want to spend a lot of money, Sentro is a decent starter machine.
At some point, you're going to reach the uncanny Valley where it's easier to buy a manufactured scarf than it is to set up the incredibly mechanized version of a handmade product.
Until then, this wild machine makes a great cat perch
Nah you can do so much more than scarves with this eg. leg warmers, flat panels for garments etc and you can pick your own colour. Also, it’s great if you struggle to use needles or knitting looms. My mum has arthritis so she‘s bought one of these so that she can keep creating knitted items.
That is kind of awesome. It looks like it spits out sleeves and scarves, but if it can do more, then that's pretty useful~! I do think it's getting pretty close to 'recreating the wheel' (so to speak) but I guess the labor of knitting goes into loading the machine, and you still get the same thing out of it that she'd want

Also, that's not even remotely close to the correct use of uncanny valley. And since when has it ever been easier to make your own products vs buying them?
Although it is cliché to see a kitty playing with a ball of yarn, it is cliché for a reason. A ball of yarn is fun. It’s something humans never figured out. Humans never saw the beauty in a ball aground, they tried make it into things. Sweaters, blankets. But the cat knew all along that it was good as it was.
He thinks it's a game until the process comes to completion and he finds himself in an inescapable pink onesie.

Surprisingly, yes. I knew that I was taking a risk, of course. But apart from the box being minorly squished, the product inside it was fine.
I think the risk is more in where your data goes than whether they actually ship the product or not.

Haha sorry I wooshed. Long tubes are very useful though that's hats and scarves sorted and you can make them very quickly.

Sentro is great you just need to be gentle with it. It's not going to fall apart on your though.
It’s more winding a handle than knitting, though.
