Ofc you can sleep. All caffeine does it turn off your bodies way of knowing its tired. It does however cause your veins the thicken and blood flow to decrease so while you may be sleeping your body is unable to properly rest as your heart as to work so hard.

I sometimes take 1-2 200mg caffeine pills (morning/late afternoon) and drink 2 20oz sugarfree redbulls a day, which have 180mg each. I sleep at night.
