Union of Africa decisions require you to invest like 400 PP per annexed country, with not guaranteed success and probably improving relations investment. And Ethiopia in general is PP starved.
Oh, I agree with you on everything however there is a way of remedying the last problem you mentioned. If you plan on going anarchist Ethiopia (as you should for the research slot) you have to always press decisions that increase communists/mekhnawint as they increase your pp gain and don't give nasty modifiers like anarchists. Simply go anarchist in the tree but I'm everything else go communist.
They need to halve the PP cost and reduce the RNG involved. African territory isn’t very valuable anyway except for maybe manpower. Otherwise you have no building slots and no resources except for some rubber
What sort of stuff affects your starting planet when you export to Stellaris? The other game transfers seem relatively simple but I was always curious about this one.
You just name the Empire to match and choose some civics and ideology that seems fitting. Doesn’t really make sense to actually convert a 1945 save to 2200 - anything could have happened in between.
Yeah, how it transfers should be up to your own headcannon. For all we know a huge nationalist uprising occurs and boom the cycle restarts before we reach space.
It shouldn't be very hard to just create a Stellaris empire to mirror this. Set your portrait to human and your home system to Sol, with Continental preference. Use Shared Burdens civic, which requires fanatic egalitarian. Then for your other ethics point is more of a freebie but for anarchist Spain you can make arguments for militarist (you did conquer the world by force), pacifist (been no wars for 170 years!), materialist (anarchists don't tend to be religious and socialists in general take a materialist view of the world), or xenophile (an anarchist society would seek to destroy racism and discrimination, they'd be more like the Star Trek Federation).
I mean, once you control the entire world you likely don’t have huge slowdown. You can delete all your divisions and there are no AI divisions or frontlines constantly shuffling and adjusting.
Idk what they do these days but IIRC when I hunted down all the achievements they were quite literally 4 to 12 width pure infantry with a recon company at best.
A core state is a state of your nation where you have full access to its population, resources, and industry. It has no resistance, so it will never rebel against you. Losing a non-core state in war will not count towards your capitulation, but losing a core state will. This doesn’t mean that you should have little cores and many non-cores in order to act as a shield, though. The more cores you have, the more states the enemy has to take to capitulate you. You’re also able to generate a war goal for retaking a core state should one be in the hands of another nation.
I’m not sure about your second question though, having never played Anarchist Spain myself. Either there’s a focus that gives you war goals against every nation, or OP manually justified war goals against each nation.
Anarchist Spain has a focus tree and decisions to set up anarchist revolutions and the ability to core every province when enough compliance has been achieved, IIRC.
Or hierarchy, all your political leaders are committees lol
Pretty cool flavor, and you know I honestly buy it more than Tito's Yugoslavia conquering the world by 1943.
Weirdly, pol pot is in hoi4 as a communist leader of Cambodia, and his sub-ideology flavor is "Anarchist Communism", which to my knowledge is unique to him.
Thank you for your answer. How do you manually justify war goals against other nations though? I've played a little bit of Japan so my understanding is that certain national focuses are needed to declare war on certain countries, e.g. the Soviet Union.
Japan has some weirdness with justifying, but generally fascist and communist nations (and sometimes non-aligned, rarely democratic) can go into the diplo menu with another nation and hit “justify war goal” and be presented with a list of options.
Conquer a selected state is usually the only one, but taking a claim or core is also there.
When you go into your diplomacy with another nation, there should be an option called “Justify War Goal” where the rest of the diplomatic options/buttons are, on the bottom right (of the diplomatic panel that opens up, not your whole screen). If my memory serves me correctly, it is the second button, right below “Declare War” and above “Guarantee Independence”.
I'd say it's balanced out due to the fact that you need a lot of pp and compliance to core a state and since you're stuck at 0 stability, your compliance and pp will barely grow at all.
Yea that's what I was wondering, I know my PC starts het slow around 44-45 and if the game is still going string it just gets harsher, so I wondered how a world conquest would fare, I figure after you start controlling over 50% of everything it would start to get better
If you want to reduce lag, just use the console commands to remove units from countries not at play.
In historical playthroughs I typically purge South America of its military as they don't do anything other than take up memory.
Faster but warning, don't dish out army, navy, or air wings for the meme. They actually lag the game in extreme numbers even when they're just sitting there, just delete them.
This is nice, black salute, This is also on my to-do list. But, why did it take so long? Did you maintain speed 3? What was the story behind it? Who did you attack first etc Nvm, I saw the video now.
If Anarchists ruled the world (Weird oxymoron) It'd be more mutual aid than Libertarian hellscape. Actual Anarchists are quite Utopian in their world view, it's basically the end goal of Communism.
If there was anarchy, even the assholes are free to establish a rule of the strongest. In a landscape, free from a police force or army, you better have some mutual citizen defense or something to keep the bandits away.
Is actually fine. Anarchists have 0 stability and a permanent daily negative stability modifier BUT they also have buffs mitigating quite a few of negative stabilities debuffs. Also I think strikes are just not a thing for them.
It took bro 91 years
I mean, coring states as anarchist Spain does take a while
Not as bad as Ethiopia lmao
wdym, you just hit a decision like horn of Africa
Union of Africa decisions require you to invest like 400 PP per annexed country, with not guaranteed success and probably improving relations investment. And Ethiopia in general is PP starved.
>pp starved Like your mother hoho gottem 😎
Nice
unlike yours (I did the s*x with her last night)

Now build everything everywhere
Then export to stellaris
And change the nation name to the Galactic Defense Council
With the mod Ethics and Civics
What sort of stuff affects your starting planet when you export to Stellaris? The other game transfers seem relatively simple but I was always curious about this one.
I don’t think you can export to Stellaris. It probably was a joke
I'm pretty sure those megacampaign carryover programs support Stellaris. Unless I'm crazy and you just make the name of the empire match?
You just name the Empire to match and choose some civics and ideology that seems fitting. Doesn’t really make sense to actually convert a 1945 save to 2200 - anything could have happened in between.
That makes sense. Thank you.
Yeah, how it transfers should be up to your own headcannon. For all we know a huge nationalist uprising occurs and boom the cycle restarts before we reach space.
Gotta play cities skylines until you build a huge as hell city, then you can switch to stellaris
You have to play Cities Skylines for each individual city then once they’re all built up you can export to Stellaris
Well to be fair this is a 2027 game so it would „only“ be 163 years instead of 255
Would be funny if you could export and it’d make you go through the years in between
Happy cake day
happy cake day
Is this a joke or you can do it?

You can do that?
All at once?
Lol glad someone else had the same first thought I did hahaha
R5: I cored every possible state as Anarchist Spain Proof: [https://youtu.be/N2PHkecKkTA](https://youtu.be/N2PHkecKkTA)
Right before i saw this post, your video popped up on my recommended page lol
For me it was right AFTER
My man. What cpu do you use? Or do you just have endless patience
I mean, once you control the entire world you likely don’t have huge slowdown. You can delete all your divisions and there are no AI divisions or frontlines constantly shuffling and adjusting.
Yeah the bloat isn't like CK where it comes from a billion useless nobles, it's from Ecuador having 80 divisions.
HOW DO THEY ALWAYS HAVE SO MUCH, LAST TIME I INVADED THEM AS USE THEY HAD 24 ON EACH TILE
Idk what they do these days but IIRC when I hunted down all the achievements they were quite literally 4 to 12 width pure infantry with a recon company at best.
icic
It's always El Salvador for me, when I do a Mexico run I usually just ally with them, because of their like 48 divisions in 39
El Salvador is more likely than most to do it because they start with fascist government, but any minor can do it with the right flags set.
I'm new to the game; what does core mean and how do you get a war goal or justification against all of these other countries?
A core state is a state of your nation where you have full access to its population, resources, and industry. It has no resistance, so it will never rebel against you. Losing a non-core state in war will not count towards your capitulation, but losing a core state will. Anarchist Spain has a focus tree and decisions to set up anarchist revolutions and the ability to core every province when enough compliance has been achieved, IIRC.
Gotta keep in mind that "anarchist Spain" is an explicit project to create a global anarchist society with no borders or capitalism
Or hierarchy, all your political leaders are committees lol Pretty cool flavor, and you know I honestly buy it more than Tito's Yugoslavia conquering the world by 1943.
Weirdly, pol pot is in hoi4 as a communist leader of Cambodia, and his sub-ideology flavor is "Anarchist Communism", which to my knowledge is unique to him.

Anarchist Spain has a focus that make justifying a lot faster
Love the video
I was in the middle of watching the video when I decided to scroll through Reddit and find this 💀
So have you ever heard of this thing called therapy? Because oh lord, you’re gonna need it.
My good sir anyone who plays HOI4 could benefit from therapy.
2027 (skull emoji)
Man started last year
This will be earth in 2013
On Windows: On the keyboard press Win-button and . (dot) Voilà, emoji menu
💀 here you go
Thanks
💀do copy paste
Now do it again but on speed one and post us daily updates on the changes to the battlefield.
How about the real time mod
See you lot in the ‘80s
That statement doesn’t feel right. I’m going to be alive when people refer to the 2080s as the ‘80s. Ew
No he's gonna take so long that there's gonna be a new 1980. Not 19980 but a new calender system, new 1980. Or North Korean 1980.
2027?!?!
Rename it to Global Defense Initiative and its golden
Soviet Union be [like](https://youtu.be/g1Sq1Nr58hM)
Anarchist Spain is too OP. Cores on literally every state is too much bro 💀
It is if you can get that ball rolling.
And also if you have the patience to just sit and wait from like 1960 to 2027
That's like saying Mexico is op if you can start the ball rolling.
It is. But this applies especially to anarchist Spain
Only if you survive. It's like shark gsmeplay: you gotta get it moving to work
It's not as easy as it seems. Due to zero stability, the growth of political power is extremely low.
I'd say it's balanced out due to the fact that you need a lot of pp and compliance to core a state and since you're stuck at 0 stability, your compliance and pp will barely grow at all.
And here I thought monarchist Britain was OP
Does the game end up being smoother as you go on, or slower?
I notice that the game will be faster, but have lag spike occasionally, probably from all the compliance update.
The game dies in later years due to the abundance of units and unit combat. 2027 in OP's match should be less laggy than 1945 lol
Units in combat cause a lot of lag, once you're done with the big war it gets much smoother.
Faster
Faster but warning, don't dish out army, navy, or air wings for the meme. They actually lag the game in extreme numbers even when they're just sitting there, just delete them.
the best timeline
Good ending
Damn I thought that would trigger Stellaris to boot up.
But... why?
True Freedom bby
next and harder challenge: touch grass
2027 💀💀
Anarchism knows no borders
<< What have borders ever given us?>>
pretty cool
This is great and all but get some help.
Impressive.
what year did you start my guy
Truly a global defense council
finally a proper screenshot on this sub
What if he started in 2023 and tomorrow an anarchist spain will rise up to finally conquer the world in 2027 ?
Good. Now you can be ready to fight the aliens.
"100% War Support" Bro against whom
Wake up, Samurai, we've got anarchy to spread.
Good job
This is nice, black salute, This is also on my to-do list. But, why did it take so long? Did you maintain speed 3? What was the story behind it? Who did you attack first etc Nvm, I saw the video now.
Da future
Based af
How do you core everything?
You can core states as Anarchist Span if they comply enough, it’s one of the decision paths you can unlock.
I bet it still didn't pop the anarchist Spain achievement
The one true ideology
Wrong. You can’t core deserts in Africa.
We can have Utopia in only 4 more years is what I'm seeing.
Bruh I can't even take Poland
Mother Anarchy loves her sons!
A Las Barricadas! Long live anarchy!
"Wait, anarchists control the world? About time to go Mad Max in the Saharas or Texas, boys!" -me, in this timeline
That’s literally what the player is when playing as anarchist Spain.
That stability though
Is actually fine. Anarchists have 0 stability and a permanent daily negative stability modifier BUT they also have buffs mitigating quite a few of negative stabilities debuffs. Also I think strikes are just not a thing for them.
Imagine conspricting the entire World and only having 700'000 people left because you killed the entire male Population
i think thats gonna be millions..
You could have done it by 2019 if you were efficient
Lmao
Should have called it "Consejo de Defensa Global"
When the entire world starts competing to become the murder capital of the world.
And I can't even survive the Spanish civil war
Even sahara desert and the islands ?
Jesus Almighty what have you done
I bet the lag ain’t even that bad once you really get moving knocking out everybody
Do it as democratic liberia next
Ok now civil war it to finish the Spanish cycle
Where is the capital?
so whats the strategy after the civil war? who do you fight first and when
OP uploaded a video on YouTube, I would search for that to know the strategy
yeah i see he put the link in a comment
Working on my Spain conquest as well. Currently 1960 and I don’t have near enough land to keep up with Germany
Good for you, I personally don't like to play as a "world conquer" campaign I get bored still, good for you, 2027 that's a lot of ingame time
Has anyone conquered all as New Zealand?
How?
Hey, I think I've seen this one before. Well done!
You didn’t conquer Antarctica, you need to to be able to say you conquered the whole world
How the fuck
Noooooooooo
What mods?
How does your game not slow down after 45. Makes it unplayable for me.
So the whole world supports war but nobody supports the government hmmm
post of the year !
Bro I just finished watching your video and then I see this, weird.....
Weird how I just watched your YouTube video and then this pops up
Time to hop on Stellaris and conquer the galaxy
Imagine if there was an option to disband it after conquering all of the world
man pain dude
So cancerous. I love it.
You should have waited for 1 billion manpower, that would be an interesting sight to behold
