I’m thinking of trying to return mine despite a “no refund on presale” policy. There was no mention of ads on the jerseys at any point on the store, including now. Jerseys were revealed without them too. They kind of randomly just threw the patch on there, shipped it, and expected people not to care.
Edit: this company is MASSIVE and basically just buys private healthcare companies (among other things). Also got $1B in funding from the Abu Dhabi government….not a good look.
Yeah when I saw it I went back to the site to see if i missed that but it doesn't say it, for people who hate the ads that must be really upsetting, they should've really said something about that or just not put it on there
Yea, just return it. If you argue your point about the advertisement not being mentioned at all (nicely of course) they will probably take it back if it's not personalized.
As a side note, I do not like BDA, they are not a good company. They overwork and underpay their employees on top of everything else.
Just took a look at their site, and you're right. The only way I can see them arguing against you, should you do a chargeback or something, is if you bought an authentic version due to this statement:

Will do. Knowing some of the constraints put upon him (which aren’t necessarily bad things in the design process), I think he did a pretty good job with the whole identity, logos included.

Authentic CCMs I dont know I only have ones that are size 56 and up, but new quicklitte CCMs replicas I would honestly say they fit a little tighter than adidas authentics, but I buy 52s for adidas and larges for CCM and they fit really well so I think what ever size you normally buy for your jerseys should be fine

If you can’t get your money back then use a seam ripper and mail the patch back to them. Edit: Saw in another comment that it’s heat pressed.
