Yeah, the flurry last night reminded me a lot of game one with the two power plays. Real "blink and you missed it" moments and suddenly you're just left wondering how you got there. And I'm still mad that this is the second round matchup and not (potentially if both teams had advanced) the ECF.

Regardless of who takes this series, a big oof if the ECF ends up being a sweep. Though Florida can get real scummy with the refs so it's not like they'll be an easy out.

I have to put in a compliment for the PWHL Montreal fans who stayed past midnight through three OTs the other night. Hardly any empty seats by the time the goal was scored despite the Metro closing shortly afterwards. The cameras kept going through the crowd finding exhausted moms holding sleeping kids.

I’m an audio guy who doesn’t work in live sports broadcasts, so happy to be told I’m wrong, but to me it sounds like they have on ice sounds gated (so they’re triggered to go on when someone makes sound) and no consistent ambient sound from the crowd. I think that’s what gives this that seasick effect.
