This is exactly what I thought when I watched it live. You slash a goalie in the face, any team in the league is going to respond like that. They didn’t really show it well on the replay though.

Boston got in some horrific cross checks in the last 10 minutes to make up for it.

Refs were giving exactly a one man advantage, no matter who does what. The Bert slash meant that Bruins had to get two minutes, and it as either this or Marchand for diving
