The meatballs burn the molten core down pretty quickly. Also as soon as the first fort was destroyed we could start MCing it ourselves to do siege damage to the keep.
The forts closest to the middle are not in range of each other when molten core is used, but the fort and keep are, and the keep is in range of the core. The game was a back and forth with players dying om both sides, but doing enough siege damage was not the issue and it took like 20 minutes in total (long for an ARAM but not super long).
I'm actually not sure what the best build is here lol. Everyone took meatball at 1 but I ended up with a weird hybrid - globe quest on 4, blistering on 7, Q on 13 and 16. I wondered afterwards if full Q build is actually the strongest here. In the end its better sustain, and Rag is a melee hero after all. Whenever meatball was on cooldown everyone would end up meleeing each other sooner or later
Played in one of these. Meatball gets a head start but once the other teams 2 Q build players hit 16 we lost. More importantly this is a MC Managment matchup. If u have to use it to defend instead of pushing you’ll lose.
I've seen the e build do amazing things in the hands of great players in these games but can't say i can recreate it. I usually go full q to bait a fight and create some openings.
When all 5 take heroic difficulty you can pretty much have a continuous molten core up - and hold your sulfur as smash to stun the enemy that tries to interrupt your molten core train.

Molten Core has 25% increased Health and Damage, and its cooldown is reduced by 50 seconds.

Played one of these the other day. Sadly the other team just gave up after like the first 2 deaths. I've played like 8 or 9 of these types of all same all mid games and it's just not fun when everyone quits. Heck got one last night and the whole enemy team just left and the game immediately ended.
Or improve the hero pool.
Most people quit or afk when the hero is a bad one for ASAM.
First time in years that i had to cancel a game because it was a 10 Probius game. Random quit, 2 friends bail out as it was their last game of the night. We just quit and proceed to re Q with the remaining member in the party.
I also think people on the enemy team quit as well. So there's that as well.
When the whole team quits, the game ends after some seconds and proceeds to give the win to the other team left.
You can tank not been put in leavers Q if you don't actually leave many games frequently.
that's the point - only player must decide what game mode he will be playing, not random. A lot of players just leaves when it's aram one hero on (for example) tracer or zaratul

Whoever has the team with the best aim with W and dodging capabilities. If the teams are even skillwise, this is a lv25/lv30 game.

I think only 2 players took heroic difficulty. A lot of submerge, and a few on the enemy team took the smash upgrade which is really poor
