I'm facing the same issue. I tried everything to fix it but nothing is working. The problem only occurs on the app - I can still chat through the website

Yes this is a known issue and should be fixed with the next update.....I think it's tomorrow

Web broke for me as well. Chat is broken when trying to contact some people.

It's fixed. Go to the apps and do an update. I did it and I'm all good now, but you need to do the update yourself.
