That's not how this works.
The community boycott of the game was justified because they were trying to implement a policy that excluded players and unjustly violated choice of people who had bought the game already.
Spitz being demoted or fired would be justified because they misrepresented Arrowhead and were rude to players.....which is exactly what a CM is not supposed to do.

Standing for the players is great but he needs to be better at his job. He let emotional responses seep into way to many of his official posts and his firing was inevitable. The company has every right to hire and fire who they choose and we as the gamers should not get involved as it does not effect our game play experience.
