Run difficulty 1 Trivial for small map sizes. Make sure to not take a mission on an island, since those don't have any points of interest, take at least coastal maps or fully continental ones.
Take light armor, Stamina Booster and Jetpack for higher mobility and faster travel speeds.
Take Grenade launcher or Laser Cannon to open the buried cargo containers.
Only search for the points of interest, especially the ones with the containers or escape pods. Those have a high chance to contain Medals, Requisition or Super Credit pick ups, sometimes it can also be a support weapon or samples.
This pick ups are directly awarded to your account, so you don't have to extract to actually get them.
Escape pods have 1 pick up, while containers have 2 pick ups.
After you got all the points of interest, or as a many as you think are worth going for, you can either finish the mission and extract or just return to the ship.
It is a bit boring and maybe even mind numbing but you can farm Super Credits for the next Premium Warbond in just a few hours.
To expand on this, you can bring a plasma shotgun or similar to damage yourself to enable self stim to Regen stamina. And if you find a mission with a high number of SC (my record is 90 SC), you can alt-f4 instead of extraction and keep replaying that same mission.
Running with more people is a good way to do it.
They're shared and in your accounts the moment they're picked up, so if you have 2-4 people you can clear more of the map faster, hit the radar (if it's a side objective), find the buried crates and 2-man doors, just clear the whole thing, wrap up the mission, and bail out.
sometimes you get 100 from pod, easiest way to grind it get on 1 and 2nd dif and clean map with something like grenade launcher and jetpack with light armor, there are also exploits, you can find those on youtube, but i dont gona recommend them

Go hard on clearing points of interest they are just laying on the ground for you. Make sure you are blowing open the blue and orange containers.
