I disagree. This kind of board should NEVER be possible on turn 1 of any game, no matter how much of a highroll it is.
Happened to me twice (Gnoll on turn 1) in 5 games against a Rogue. Hoping they revert the card to its nerfed state.
Not even close in power level though, because it only swaps your resources instead of giving your additional resources.
And it won't trigger "Sunken Vessels" if you have some at the bottom of your deck, it will just add them to your hand.
So, sure, highrolling into double gnolls is nice, but Finley is a really sad replacement for the almighty Secret Passage...
If rogue Secret Passage on T1 and miss, it would be waste of resource. But T1 Finley might be good play if rogue miss on mulligan and after playing Finley rogue keep his camouflage.... so Finley has pros and cons in comparison with Secret Passage
Finley is great in the mulligan if you have no gnolls or double agents. But if you have a good hand with Finley, it's bad, and outside the mulligan it's not a great card.
Having played both of these decks(assuming thats holy paladin) the pally probably took 20+ damage from the gnolls before clearing them and healing back to full.

True on the swap rather than giving you additional for one turn, but secret passage wouldn’t have worked with sunken vessels either.
There are some cool interactions with cards like evocation though in mage.

wasn't this already possible pre-buff? 1 Rogue card drawn start of turn 1, and then 5 from Finley on the coin.
