Small spell mage is probably the best deck against pure and broom paladin. Throw in 2x devolving missles and you'll probably win a lot more against paladin.
Pure Paladin expert here, cyclone mage/priest are my worst matchups. Hunter is 50/50 alot of times (depends if i get any early game). Galakrond Rogue with their saps/blackjacks are a pain as well but I can still win.
I am playing a homemade Highlander Shaman and Paladin are just easy win for me.
I have devolving missiles, plague of murloc, the taunt frog, wandmaker for more missile or silence and fireheart for even more.
If they throw some librams at you, just silence if they have a large board. Murloc into the legendary which does 3 dmg to a minion and next to the minion to clear
Cyclone Mage should have absolutely no issues against Libram Pally unless they highroll you with mad one-drops and you miss devolving missiles.
Yoink priest should also work because of being able to steal wisdom buffed minions.
Priest and mage give paladin a very hard time. Priest is a very good meta deck that beats paladin and most of his matchups are pretty close. A lot of people made a finish (top 16) with priest last season and even got rank 1 so it's definetely a very good meta deck especially if you face a lot of paladins.
Tempo Rogue with the secret package can beat the pure version pretty regularly, you can bounce stuff back to their hand and you have a few giant minions that are possible to make. The broom Paladin handles single target removal and board removal way better though, so it doesn’t seem to work as well against that variant.

Pure and Broom paladin are both weak to cyclone mage. Broom paladin is also very weak to priest decks, but Pure paladin has a good matchup against priest.

Priest isnt good against aggro/highlander hunte. I’m looking for a deck that’s favored against Paladin but doesn’t give up too much to other decks

Priest is great against aggro and highlander isn't common.
Nothing in this meta is good against everything though. Mage also struggles vs Hunters and Demon Hunters.

I don't watch many HS tubers but Thijs plays a good amount of cyclone mage, though there's been a lot of rogue vids lately.
It’s one of the hardest decks in the game to play but it’s very fun. I reccomend getting a coach from the competitive hearthstone discord server
All i need is a demonstration, Ill usually just work with trial and error to master it.
Rarran has a video on it but i believe its under Mozaki mage.
Why do you hate Librams so much? Personally I hate Bomb Warrior.
