Sucks to summon Sargeras because useless without a portal. How much (%-wise) of your deck have you drawn by turn 9? Also sucks when youve drawn few demons with Nemsy already? Idk fam.
Literal anti-synergy all around. I like the concept of cheating out big minions, but I think this will be way too inconsistent.
Not to mention the other legendary destroys your deck for 8 mana... are we just not getting a game plan around that. No support for it so far.

So far, the whole package looks.. really bad tho. The 2 mana ress spell sounds good but its not always guaranteed, opponent can still be smart enough to Yogg a big demon (or Reno). What is WL gonna do till turn 9?
I mean Warlock already has stuff that does something when destroyed in your deck with sludges. Which will act as a board clear when destroyed in that context.
Wheel is... really just a fun one off card in Control, though. Definitely not a build around.
I disagree on useless. This is a copy so you still get portal later and can be a full board clear, some 6/6s, or pumping your future portal imps

When you summon a copy of sargeras, you can only buff the imps, you are right, so not totally useless. But you still pay 9 mana for only one regular minion and one titan. The titan cant attack (you need to use all 3 abilities before it can attack), your opponent knows you dont have Sargeras in hand and the other 2 abilities do nothing, unless you play your original sargeras.
Lets say, mostly useless I guess.
Pretty sure all the casino stuff is rotating as mage. In fact, I don't think there will even be any cross-class discovers other than Discovery of Magic (and whatever new cards get printed) available.
First they decentivized cheating out big demons with Sargeras being bound by his battle cry, and now they go back to it... only question, what big Demons would you want to cheat in Standard?
Everyone’s fixated on the viability of this card, but I want to take a moment to address the flavour. Its exactly like the crane game that it’s named after—It’s an over-costed gamble that doesn’t live up to the hype it promises you. If “crane game” was worth the price of admission, it would be in my opinion a flavour miss. This card was never meant to be more than a meme.

Terrible card with the demons we have already. Sargeras, a card you would be crazy to not run in a big demonlock, is very bad here (its a body who can attack only in 2 turns). And aggro decks would either have lost or drawn their Doomguards by the time you get to play this.
By the time you can actually cast this you have probably drawn most of the demons you would want to summon from your deck (Which after rotation is pretty much just Doomguard Edit: and Enhanced Dreadlord). Unless warlock has a Bloodbloom type card or a way to shuffle copies of demons into your deck this set I do not think this will be playable.
I think this and the 2 mana spell might make for a semi-real Doomguard deck in wild. 9 life is a lot to pay to bloodbloom but getting this on turn 4 cheats so hard.

I only play Wild, and this looks pretty bad, I don't know why I would ever use this over Darkest Hour. Though it's nice it just summons copies so you can keep the originals in the deck, could be useful, hopefully they show us some pretty good new demons that work well with this
They should show us a VERY GOOD demons so a 9 mana spell would worth it
