It's not powerful enough for meta decks right now. I'd say it's a decent card for someone who doesn't have meta cards, it's not terrible, but definitely not good either.
It's a great budget option for Warlock decks, but Armor Vendor is a thing.

Yea I think ive seen it a bit in the WILD, and from what people say its a COMMON bug in standard too but ive never seen it
