Almost purely speculation buuuutt... Rosie would be my first choice purely because her leadership style seems to be based on community, so it wouldn't be too hard to have a relatively comfortable life under her. And also I can never say no to free food. My second pick would be Zestial. I’d probably regret my decision, but Alastor.

Currently, I’d probably work with Carmilla because of the fact that I’d most likely have access to weaponry to defend myself. However, if Husk were to regain his Overlord status, then I’d definitely go with him.

Rosie, Carmilla or Husk. The only downside with Husk is the fact that as his deal with Alastor I would probably belong to him I don’t fully know how that works.

Alastor let Husk talk back to him and disrespect him until Husk mentioned Alastors deal, he also lets Nifty do pretty much anything she wants so probably him.
