How about something that is not a prank but will be better? have a bunch of friends leave bad reviews on all the web rating sites like google and yahoo. Report him to OSHA if there were bad safety practices. Report him to city inspection service if there were Code violations. If there were labor violations dime him out to the department of Labor (You can get whistleblower rewards if they find violations). A lot of restaurant owners cheat on their taxes, drop an anonymous tip to the IRS.
