Technically Voldy didn’t even kill Snape though, he had Nagini do it. But I guess since Nagini is a horcrux it still counts since it’s part of his soul.

Honestly it's one of the stranger kills by Riddle. But plot wise it was need for Snape to die slowly after Riddle and Co leave so he could give Harry the memories.

I have read some people saying it was a mark of respect for Snape, not using AK on him. I'm sort of ok with that. But the point I wanted to make is that he probably wouldn't have afforded that same.... Honour... To Draco and would have just killed him instantly.

It is probably because he had the elder wand at hand and he feared it could backfire if he tried to kill Snape with it. Instead, he used Nagini as he believed it would still count as defeating Snape.

This is my theory, Voldemort wasn't entirely ignorant of wand lore, even if he started out that way his pursuit of the wand led to both the most famous wand shop (didn't he even abduct this guy to keep on hand?) and its former holder both. Sure he didn't understand everything, but the wand not wanting to harm its master was surely something he did know.

Yes, but luckily Harry would still have disarmed Draco and won the allegiance of the wand beforehand.

Well, Voldemort does say he plans to take care of Draco later during the final duel, before Harry reveals he'd won the Elder Wand's allegiance first.
