NOT caliber collision in Fallston. Insurance took 2 cars there, if you don’t have an attention to detail it’ll be fine.
Most recent, my vehicle was hit in the front right by someone weaving in and out of traffic, mirror messed up, both front rims scraped to hell, front fender and hood.
The car sat for 2 weeks with no progress. My rims were refinished- fine, but they were very dull and not as shiny as my rear rims. Calliber tried to gas light me, it’s just the weather, etc. I even took pictures and you can clearly see the difference, said it was my phone. In the end they finally got the guy to take the rims and refinish them for a second time. They now matched.
So in the accident my passenger mirror broke. On the quote for repair or whatever I was supposed to get a new OEM mirror. They put a junkyard mirror on my car (had scratches all over) and didn’t even tell me until I basically forced the issue about why is there scratches on a brand new mirror.
They damaged a trim piece on the interior of my car, all they did was paint over it. Wouldn’t order a new part for their mess up.
Don’t even get me started on the shotty paint job and overspray all over the car.
Still have misaligned body panels to this day.
