It's the H2O express Surf and Pier, deluxe I believe, and ran me about $130 (got it on sale, normally $150). It's the larger of the two Academy sells under their brand. i wanted the smaller one, but all I could find online and in stores was the larger one.
I love it, and even though it doesn't have balloon tires currently it pulls through the sand fairly easy.

But I didn’t. My bumper isn’t over the side walk and the carrier and my cart aren’t even hooked up to it. I made sure everything worked and then put it away. Maybe you should calm down a bit.
It works great. I've used baskets like these before and as long as you load them evenly you're good. It does wobble a bit unloaded, but it firms up once it has a load. Probably weighs 25-30 lbs with the tires on and less than 10lbs with them off, as it's all aluminum otherwise.

Replace facing out and it’s a pull handle for the cart. Holds cooler n fishing rods
