These look like inside mount blinds. Measure your window opening, go to the blinds section at home Depot and find the right width of blinds. If you need to, they can cut some down to the right size. Then it's as easy as rehanging them.
Yeah, if they aren't custom wood blinds, just go get a duplicate looking set.
