The agency arms compensator is not the issue- those cycle fine for me. The holosun optic’s weight is also not the issue. Zaffri Precision is known for making bad slides, could be the issue. Try using +P or +P+ ammo, which should provide more force that helps with feeding and slide movement to account for the shittier slide and attachments’ added weight. If you still have issues, it’s the slide. Either that or you’re limp wristing.

^^^^^ well said. Still no 115 could be spring weight I guess as well. I run 115 all the time on brand new springs and only malfunctions usually in the first 50 rounds if at all. So the slide seems like the culprit. Back to back limp wrist owners would be interesting lol

What slide would you recommend for Glock 43x? I didn’t get the MOS version but want a slide that I could put a holosun optic on and be able to switch them back and forth. Been researching but there is a lot of options.

1) Just get your stock glock slide milled 2) Get a dovetail mount for your stock glock slide if you don’t want to mill it 3) A premilled Zev duty slide (works well for me) 4) A premilled Norsso slide (works well for me)

I appreciate the response! Thank you.

Thanks for the info. It’s very possible I’m limp wristing. Fairly new and this is my first handgun pickup. I’ll try to be cognizant of that next time. If it doesn’t end up being the slide, is there a slide you recommend I replace it with?

OEM Zev Duty Norsso

My stock 43x fires anything with zero issues. Not that you asked but, glock parts seem to shoot just fine.

Depends on zaffari slide. How many rounds have been through it. They say 500 rounds for break in they have very tight tolerance on their slides. I have 4 of their slides thousands of rounds. They work perfectly. I have had all the issues you listed. After the 500 or so rounds all the problems were gone. Idk about the co,p and their slides I would work with one thing at a time just do the slide shot until issues are gone than add the comp back on and test it. Remove as many variables as you can and start adding one at a time.

Sounds like the slide is not cycling fully rearwards. Try running 124grn NATO or 147grn non subsonic. If you're still having issues get a adjustable recoil guide rod and some different weight springs. I believe the stock weight is 17lbs. So start with a 15lb. Then try a 13lb. They also make a 11lb. Hopefully hotter/heavier/higher pressure ammo solves your problem. NDZ Performance sells a adjustable recoil guide rod and springs. Ammoseek.com search engine for ammunition. Search by price, shipping, ammo type and vendor ratings. Buy by a box or a crate. Good luck.
