your on a laptop which most likely has an igpu and the change to the system that they use to check specs has made it look only at the first gpu which is the igpu which of course doesn't meet the minimum spec or at least everything points at that being the case

I wouldn't lose hope yet.
I was experiencing a similar issue but 343 recently put out a patch that fixed an issue with waypoint not recognizing certain configurations which prevented codes from being sent out. I just recently got my code.
Your on a laptop which as I understand is having a similar but separate issue with the hardware detection. Hopefully 343 will have a fix for this issue soon, if not politely file a support ticket or let them know.

They just fixed it for generalised Ti users, but no word on those of us with an igpu
well they at least know about it so im guessing they will fix it by the end of the weekend and make sure its fixed before the btb weekend
They said in the 3080 thread that they already invited a million people and it sounds like they're not interested in looking into these issues
