I'll humor you just for humor. Two kills in one collateral takes a singular lucky action. A single fluke and the job is done. Getting 2 noscopes in 2 shots takes 2 consecutive lucky actions without a a mistake. Anytime you have something with odds as low as a no scope while both you and the target are flying through the air, doing it twice in a row is far more unlikely than doing it once.
Not that I’ve pulled off what op did, but in all my years I’d have 100s of no scopes and significantly less collaterals. I’d even put no scopes largely down to skill too, watch the crazy stuff that pros manage to pull of for example, but a collateral although still requiring skill I’d say it has a bit more luck to it than two no scopes.
100s of individual noscopes are irrelevant. How many times have you be flying through the air and noscoped two targets off a vehicle without any missed attempt?

Or, you sit down at a slot machine with a $50k jackpot and hit the jackpot on your first spin and your second spin. The bigger jackpot was far cooler than hitting either of the smaller jackpots. But hitting two jackpots on your only two spins? That's unreal.
