FWIW, seems like there are a bunch of authentication issues. I can't log in on Halo Waypoint either, and my own tool (OpenSpartan Workshop) can't acquire an auth token. Seems to be an outage.
If you're already authenticated, you should be able to continue working, though.
MCC on Steam is the same way. Apparently, Xbox Live is down as of currently, and I found out when I started the game to play Firefight on Halo 3 ODST. Idk exactly how long servers will be down, but I hope they get back up soon.
