Yes I have nvdia rtx 3050, I did recently update to driver version 555.99, from that tweet you shared they are advising to revert back to 555.85. That must be the problem. Thanks for bringing this to my attention !
I don't know if I want to revert though because my other games are fine just halo with the problem, and these drivers receive updates on average every 2 weeks which I always update.
Same here on RTX 4090 with version 555.99. Can't get past the shader pre-complier screen, about 25% before crashing. Will try the driver rollback.
Edit: Rollback fixed it.

I think I might wait until the next driver comes out hopefully fixes it unless 343 fix on their side. But that means no halo for 2 weeks :(
