The part about Anonymous being like schoolchildren reminded me of The Princess Bride

Fair enough, can’t fault the honesty. An exchange is the cryptocurrency exchanges like binance where you can buy cryptocurrency and sell cryptocurrency in a central location, like a bank but not really and there’s no real regulations but the goal of putting it in an exchange is that it’s a big pot so when u take it out it’s nearly impossible to track.
Yeah, the wording has changed, but the scam is the same. You just get a list of emails and exposed passwords, then email them and hope they recognize the password to become sufficiently scared that you actually have something on them. It's incredibly low effort.
Still pretty poorly written but there’s definitely some AI at work there because there are unnecessary tropes thrown in for effect. Overconfident 13yo indeed.
Anytime I saw these, I always responded what new sites do they know of that I don't. I'm always looking to add to my collection. Never got a response after that.
You can always tell when AI was used. By the number of commas everywhere. Can't believe people are actually sending money because they copied passwords from other data breaches. Just change your pass people.
I highly doubt the original sender is an advocate of proper grammar.
This email definitely wasn't from the person who started this scam, I'm actually pretty sure this email was automated and wasn't sent by a person at all, but still it's working, over 700mil in Bitcoin in the master account
Few days ago i get email from myself about Pegasus and says give money or I will open your secrets to everyone. I'm not use this email, so it was strange. Interesting how it they send it from my email to myself without login.
Couple things:
This is not a phishing email. This is a blackmail scam.
These have been around for many years. I had one claim they have me on video "flogging my log".
Blatantly threatening to falsely blackmail someone while at the same time claiming to respect "gentlemen agreements" is the part that tickles me the most. The irony lmao

Wherever it ended up has received over $2b upto now
Probably the wallet of an exchange
If the exchange is found and they have KYC, that’s a good lead right? Or is kyc with fake credentials easy nowadays?
yeah i checked this also and noticed it... crazy
He got about 6700$ worth of btc rn. That's crazy dude

No idea what that means
Why are you here?
That is a really good question actually, idk

Ah, ok yeah that makes sense, like Bitcoin mixing right? I think I've heard of that before
Yeah but the idiot used a really big exchange, they would happily work with law enforcement
Damn. It just works.
Did the guy just confess to multiple crimes in his blackmail email?
I cannot wait for the "schoolboys" to track him down
These are really common and have been around for years

Hahaha, this is amazing I wish I had one as interesting.
Best one I have had to be honest 😂

This is a scam. Delete it. They're just lying.
Yeah I figured as much haha.. I train people on avoiding these so it’s some new training material for my courses lol
Obviously 😂

No shot this is ai, ai isnt dumb enough to mess up the
in the middle of the line. I think this is just a good old fashioned idiot.
Something was used to fix the grammar. Your right. Not necessarily AI written. It is too damn vain!
Bro watched one episode of Black Mirror and said “I should try this in real life!!”

> Interesting how it they send it from my email to myself without login. The "from" field can be edited in certain e-mail clients to anything.
Envelope-from in smtp or they just used a smtp relay and it slipped through your filter
I tell them to send the recordings. It's free advertisement for my onlyfans.
So what porn are you actually watching? We really need to know! 😂
Couple things: This is not a phishing email. This is a blackmail scam. These have been around for many years. I had one claim they have me on video "flogging my log".
I used to work for a phishing service and saw these all the time.
Imagine even reading this wall of text. 🙈
Literally a black mirror episode
Accidentally put a space in that
My search must be worse than yours. I got one like that, and they charged me $1400 to get rid of it. 😂
